一场马拉松

最难的不是从起点跑到终点

而是从训练开始的第一天到最后一天

其他的坚持，何尝不是如此

处在人生中独一无二全身心投入到一件事上的博士阶段的我，对于跑步，从来都不是一个合格的严肃跑者。但是对于跑步的坚持，从来没有动摇过。尤其刚刚过去的一年，科研的低迷期，跑步成了调剂生活、感情和科研的调和剂。然而，没想到，跑步会成为自己的信心来源。

北京马拉松，不“破”不立

8月，怀着激动但忐忑的心，迈入北京马拉松adidas训练营大门时，没想到之后的三个月，这么的难忘。刚入选训练营时，满脑子只想着自己一只脚已经迈入北马，但是结营之后，北马名额显得没那么重要。志同道合的伙伴，不辞辛苦的教练，默默支持的工作人员，组成了这个特殊的团体。大家来自各行各业，白天穿着各式各样的服装，忙于自己真正的生活，是什么让这些人“牺牲”自己的休息时间，疯狂的“虐”自己？我觉得，说的高大尚一点，是“一种实现自我价值的方式”,说的朴素一点，就是“一种肯定自己的途径”，说的直白一点，那就是“不信邪”！生活上的欢乐，跑一跑，尽情释放，生活上的打击，练一练，找到自信，每个人骨子里都不信邪，自己的极限，跑道上寻找吧。感谢一起从烈日到寒风的伙伴、教练和工作人员。结下的友谊、养成的习惯、找回的自信，这是最宝贵的。

    2019年的北京马拉松，11.3号，秋雨绵绵，巡礼祖国70华诞，天时地利人和，说的不为过，也许是压抑很久的回馈，也可能是让我触底反弹的信号。总之，完美的结局，负分割，成功破三。

去年年底，出乎意料的广州马拉松进310，尤其是今年夏天自己略微增肥之后，没想过破三这事。即使在训练营里突破自己，跟着250组训练，也没有一丢丢破三的信心。直到北马前一天晚上，虽然目标破三，但没有一点兴奋感。但当天安门广场国歌响起，发令枪鸣声，宛如“精神分裂”一般，不信邪的自己出现了，不逼自己一次，怎么知道自己能不能行呢？

起跑，每五公里配速4:19/4:16/4:15/4:15/4:16/4:14/4:12/4:13,抵达终点。就这一句话，北马破三的全过程。曾设想自己破三之后会非常激动，整个过程会记忆深刻。但真正回想起来，整个42.195KM，只记得8K/31K/38K跑马团的各位小伙伴不辞辛苦的鼓励，大树师兄一起的前半程，徐教练37K的加油，其余，一片空白。

冲过终点，心情平静，如开篇所说，记忆最深刻的是训练开始的第一天到最后一天，这个过程中养成的习惯，获得的自信，加固或者新获的友谊是最珍贵的。感谢周围朋友各位的鼓励，感谢中科院跑马团伙伴的支持，感谢adidas训练营教练和兄弟们的一同坚持，感谢大树师兄的陪伴。破三，告一段路。

上海马拉松, “新”体验、“新”情、“新”朋友

连续几年上海马拉松都是“哭脸相迎”，今年，机缘巧合，感谢三位美丽的小姐姐给予感受上海马拉松的机会。北马破三之后，跑步上的两个年度目标也都实现，所以，上海马拉松之旅，全“新”的心情。

“新”体验：上海马拉松，与这座城市交相辉映，这就是我对在上海马拉松的“新”体验。精致的领物会场布置、细致的赛道安排规划、热情的赛场内外氛围、参赛跑者的国际化程度、整个城市对于马拉松的包容，都是不一样的体验。如果说北京马拉松是“大气”，那么上海马拉松就是“精致”。

“新”情：北马秋雨微凉，上马艳阳高照。25度的高温，体验了记忆深刻的暴晒，也促成了第一次“带人”破330的经历。虽然新晋范大神一直表达感谢，但我也要表达感谢，感谢这次经历让我更加认可自己。也更加确认了，不管生活科研感情，坚持，总会有回报，一切都是水到渠成。

    “新”朋友：几天前，跑马团上海分舵各位对我来说就是微信群里一个个头像，几天之后，在我心里，都是一个个热情可爱的小伙伴。训练营教练和伙伴在上海再次见面，也是一种“新”的感受，真正第一次感觉到，训练营之外，友谊依然存在。

最后，感谢朋友们和伙伴们的关心、上海分舵的接待（兰兰的手环、贾老师的接送……）、侯团的操劳、宗主的床、洪姐和浩子……

2020，带着全新的自己，期待与北马上马的再次相遇！
